Artist Assistant, developed and maintained by App QA Solutions LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Artist Assistant mobile application handles your data and personal information.

Information We Collect & Store Locally

Artist Assistant is built with an offline-first design. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal credentials. Information you create or manage within the app is stored locally on your device, including:

• Art inventory records (titles, dimensions, mediums, pricing, and sales statuses).
• Photos of artwork selected from your camera or photo library.
• Art show and gallery logs, booth notes, and event preparation checklists.
• Personal studio notes, definitions, and custom terms.

We do not collect, process, or store credit card or banking details. All subscription purchases and transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

AI Critiques & Show Discovery

When you use optional connected features—such as The Master's Eye (critique analysis) or the Art Show Finder—the text prompts or artwork images you submit are sent securely to Google's Gemini AI service solely to generate real-time feedback and results. This data is not used to build individual user profiles, monetize your work, or train public models.

How We Use Your Information

• To display and organize your artwork catalog, preparation checklists, and studio notes.
• To generate PDF inventory reports, gallery consignment sheets, and show manifests.
• To create encrypted or zip backup files that you explicitly choose to export or restore.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal information or artwork records with advertisers or third parties. Your records remain private on your device unless you choose to export, email, print, or share them using your device's native sharing sheet.

Data Security

Your records and photos are kept within the application's secure local sandbox storage. Because your data remains on your physical device, you are encouraged to use the built-in Backup feature to periodically save your files to a secure cloud drive or personal computer.

Children's Privacy

Artist Assistant is intended for professional artists, educators, and adults managing creative businesses. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect app enhancements or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
